Owner, Angela Veath, MBA, PHR, has more than two decades of experience in business, ranging from large corporations to small local businesses, franchises, non-profit and not-for-profit enterprises. She is a Gallup Certified Global Strengths Coach and focuses on use of the CliftonStrengths Assessment as a tool to build effective, strengths-based teams. She will collaborate with the professionals you have in place, can help you start from scratch, or can be your right-hand person to help your business grow. Her areas of specialty include human resources, strategy, and problem solving.

After nearly two decades of service, Lieutenant Colonel (ret) Blake Veath is now assisting businesses interested in product/software development intended for government use. A highlight of his military service was time spent at the National Reconnaissance Office in Chantilly, Virginia, beginning in 2015, and assisting the stand up of Marine Corps Space Command in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He served as the sole active-duty Marine at the NRO, as the USMC Service Team Lead, NRO Technical Advisor and Liaison Officer, and worked to solve hard target/intelligence problems.
